Shadron has been with S.A. Graham Company since 1998 when he was filling in
temporarily for an office clerk on sick leave. Fairly soon, he was handling the human
resources and accounts payable duties among other office tasks. This new role that
Shadron took was looked upon with much approval by Shadron’s parents and former owner’s
of S.A. Graham Company, Rayvon & Polly Graham. In December 2003, Shadron decided to
take on the role of part owner in the business when Rayvon Graham sold the business.
Today, Shadron has the role of Safety Director, EEO director, Trainee Director, Office
Director, and Corporate Secretary.
